Mainchic offers luxury, ethically sourced hair extensions and hair toppers. Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only. Variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen differences.
All products are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, authorization issues, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations
All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or approved third-party processors. Mainchic does not store or retain full payment details.
4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If payment has already been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
5. Shipping & Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates only. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the carrier.
6. Returns & Hygiene Disclaimer
Due to the hygienic nature of hair products, all purchases are subject to our Return Policy. Opened, worn, altered, or installed hair is not eligible for return or exchange.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including branding, logos, images, text, and product names — is the exclusive property of Mainchic Hairextension Co LLC and may not be used without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mainchic Hairextension Co LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our site or products. All products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
