Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic nature of luxury hair extensions and hair toppers:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Opened products

  • Worn or installed hair

  • Altered or tampered items

  • Products missing original packaging or seals

Once opened, hair products are considered used and cannot be resold.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Original packaging

Approved claims will be resolved via replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Chargeback Protection Notice

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Mainchic may result in denial, as proof of delivery and policy acceptance is retained.
